Beginning in 1997, attorney James Dunn has successfully handled cases throughout California (see below).  He is a student of the Trial Lawyers College, founded by Gerry Spence, revered as the greatest living trial lawyer. It was with the people at TLC that he broke through as a trial lawyer and began to connect to jurors (and judges) on the common ground of deep truth.  Find the truth in your case, and you hold the key to victory.

As a trial lawyer, Mr. Dunn has a remarkable history of success in the courtroom.  He has tried cases in both state and federal court, and successfully litigated appeals in both state court and the federal Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals; he has even filed a Writ of Certiorari to the United States Supreme Court .

Mr. Dunn serves clients throughout the bay area:  San Mateo County Court, including the Redwood City, South San Francisco, and Juvenile Court branches; San Francisco County Court, both Superior Court and Juvenile branches; Santa Clara County Court, including the San Jose, Palo Alto, Los Gatos, and Juvenile Court branches; Alameda County Court, including the Oakland, Hayward, San Leandro, Fremont, Pleasanton, Berkeley, Alameda, and the Juvenile Court branches; Sonoma County Court, both Superior Court and Juvenile branches; Napa County Court, both Superior Court and Juvenile branches; and Santa Cruz County Court, including the Superior Court and Juvenile branches.  Mr. Dunn has successfully litigated cases in the state and federal courts in San Diego, Imperial, Riverside, Orange, and Los Angeles counties as well.
